Are your products ethically made?
Yes. All EXIST products are created in partnership with manufacturers who adhere to strict ethical, environmental, and labour standards, including ISO-certified production protocols and globally recognised responsible manufacturing guidelines. We work only with partners who ensure safe working conditions, fair wages, and transparent, sustainable practices throughout the supply chain.

How do I dispose of the capsule?
The Capsule is designed to be fully circular. We’ve removed all plastic, Simply clean out any remaining product so the metal components can be recycled at home when you’re ready to dispose of them.
How do I dispose of the vessel?
The Vessel has been designed to be refilled, to be kept with you. It is also made to be circular with no plastic parts so if you do decide to dispose of it simply clean out any remaining product, and recycle with your household recycling.
How do I dispose of secondary packaging?
Our pulp outer case is made from recycled fibres, sugarcane waste, bamboo, and FSC certified paper. It is both biodegradeble and fully recyclable so you can place it straight into your household paper and cardboard recycling.
How do I dispose of the e-com box?
Please recycle all components of your box. As they are paper-based, they can be placed in your household recycling, including any stickers.
