Shipping times

We are currently accepting pre-orders only, with shipping starting from 28th May 2026.

Once orders are processed, estimated delivery times are as follows:

• UK: 1–4 business days
• EU: 5–8 business days
• USA: 5–8 business days

Please note that delays may occur during peak seasons or holidays.

We currently shipping to the UK, EU, and USA.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected service.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, debit cards, Discover, UnionPay, Elo, Apple Pay, and Shop Pay. We also accept Klarna.

Will VAT & duties be added to my order?

Yes all VAT and duties are calculated and added to your cart at checkout, so there are no surprise fees on delivery.

Can I cancel or change my order?

We are unable to cancel any orders once they are placed. We kindly ask that you double check your order details and shipping information before processing your order.

What currency will I be charged in?

You’ll be charged in your local currency, displayed at checkout.

Does EXIST accept returns?

Because our products are cosmetic, we’re unable to accept returns unless the item is faulty.
